Group fitness sessions for all levels. Located in the heart of rural Coatesville, Auckland.
Whether you want to lose weight, get more toned, become fitter, stronger or improve your mental well-being, come and smash your goals with a fun, supportive community of women.
Workouts include a mix of bootcamp-style cardio, interval and strength training and can be modified safely to all levels, including pre and post natal - so don't be afraid to if you are new to exercise or just returning.
I keep our sessions fun, fresh and challenging with lots of different equipment: battle ropes, kettle-bells, sandbags, barbells etc; and you'll have a chance to try different styles of training including circuits, Tabata training and boxing for fitness.
