Group fitness sessions for all fitness levels. Get fit, get strong and make new friends at the same time.
The workouts include a mix of bootcamp-style cardio, interval and strength training and can be modified safely to all levels - so don't be afraid to if you are new to exercise or just returning.
I keep our sessions fun and fresh with lots of different equipment: battle ropes, kettle-bells, sandbags, barbells etc; and you'll have a chance to try different styles of training including circuits, Tabata training and boxing for fitness.
