Mums & Bubs Small Group Training SESSIONS

Having a baby is the most beautiful and incredibly challenging time in a woman's life.

As a mother of two, I fully understand the emotional, mental and physical changes you face, including how hard it can be to find the energy and motivation to exercise consistently and feel comfortable in your new postpartum body.

Exercising during pregnancy and after birth is hugely beneficial.

But, it's important to know which exercises are safe and optimal for your birth and recovery; and which exercises can increase the risks of major injury, particularly to the core and pelvic floor.

As a NZ REPs Registered Personal Trainer and Pelvic Floor Safe Instructor I will motivate and safely coach you through this major life change. Don't have child-care? Bring baby with you!

Can you laugh without leaking?  1 in 3 New Zealand women who have had a baby have suffered from bladder leakage. At least 60-70% experience diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and about half of all post-partum women have some level of pelvic organ prolapse.*

These conditions are alarmingly common, and can be easily exacerbated with the wrong exercise. But that doesn't mean you need to suffer in silence and avoid exercise altogether. In fact, you shouldn't have to put up with them at all.

Join one of my Mums and Bubs classes or try a course of private PT sessions and safely train your way to a strong core and leak-free pelvic floor. You'll be fitter, stronger and more confident than ever.
