Bring your partner, friend, sister, teen and get in shape together.

Saturdays 8.15am only (from Oct 31) - $120 for 8 weeks

 OR

Tuesdays* 6.15pm only (from Nov 3) - $120 for 8 weeks

OR

Tuesdays* and Saturdays - $200 for 8 weeks

*Tuesday bootcamp is dependent on a minimum registration threshold being met.

Bootcamp-style training for improved fitness, strength, wellness and fat-loss, including:

  • Cardio, strength & conditioning workouts

  • Bodyweight and equipment-based

  • Intervals, circuits and challenges

  • Boxing for fitness

 

Workouts will cater to all fitness levels and genders. Teens under 16 welcome to train with parents.

 

Whilst my private PT sessions are exclusively for women, I’ve had plenty of demand from the guys for mixed classes - so let’s get smash our fitness goals together.

 

I'm a fully certified and NZ REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) trainer, who coaches outdoor group fitness, 1-on-1 private sessions, as well as boxing and martial arts inspired group fitness classes in a corporate gym setting. 

Pricing and Terms

The Sweat Shop Summer Kickstart is:

Saturdays 8.15am only (from Oct 31) - $120 for 8 weeks

 OR

Tuesdays 6.15pm only (from Nov 3) - $120 for 8 weeks

OR

Tuesdays and Saturdays - $200 for 8 weeks

  1. Full payment for the 8-week duration must be made in advance and is non-refundable, unless a minimum registration threshold is not met. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of passes due to illness, user error, injury, or any other reason.

  2. Your place will be confirmed by email once payment is made.

  3. By booking, the participant acknowledges that they are in reasonable physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent their ability to participate. They will complete a confidential Health and Fitness Pre-screening Assessment. If you have any medical issues or physical impairments, please consult with your doctor or medical professional first to gain clearance to participate.

  4. Participants must at all times follow the instructions and advice of the Instructor; and act with courtesy and and respect to the instructor and other participants. Failure to do so may result in the Instructor requiring an attendee to immediately leave the session and/or exclusion from future sessions. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.  All attendees acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this clause and undertake to immediately leave if requested to do so.
