All or nothing? Why Good is Good Enough

Logic says, 15 minutes.. even 10 minutes of exercise is better than nothing right?

But even as a personal trainer I'm not afraid to admit I have battled with the All or Nothing approach to most things for most of my life. I blame a winning combination of perfectionism and procrastination. So over the last year or so I've had to really really practice the art of allowing Good to be Good Enough and can honestly say my relationship with food and exercise is now the healthiest it's ever been. I have more balance in my life and keeping in shape happens without thrashing myself at the gym every day ('coz nobody got time for that!). x
